We stand behind VITA with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email support@vita.cx with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions.

Conditions

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full at our cost — just send a photo to support@vita.cx.
